Xanthomas and Xanthelasmas: The development of yellowish bumps or cholesterol plaques around the eyelids and the tendons of the hands and feet, caused by the localized accumulation of cholesterol
Corneal Arcus: The appearance of a white or grayish-white ring around the margin of the cornea, which in individuals below older age groups can indicate a lipid metabolism disorder
Muscle Pain and Chronic Fatigue: A feeling of heaviness, vague pain, or cramping in the leg muscles, particularly during movement, which may stem from impaired peripheral circulation
Sudden Cardiovascular Complications: Chest pain (angina) or shortness of breath during exertion, indicating advanced narrowing in the coronary arteries of the heart
